Some instructions: “Visualize that the energy moves up from your Crown Chakra to your higher chakras (8-9-10-11-12th chakra) and energizes them one by one. The energy will reach up to the Twelfth Chakra in the thirteenth dimension of reality to the Throne of the I AM That I AM. Visualize yourself meeting the Presence of the I AM, merge, and unite with it.
Bring back the Presence and imbue your body with the Presence from the top of your head all the way to the bottom of your feet, all the way to the core of Mother Earth.”

Write consciously on a sheet of paper for 10 minutes to cover the whole sheet. It is important while writing to also feel what the sentence dictates in terms of energetic feeling in your body.
Scrivi consapevolmente su un foglio di carta per 10 minuti per coprire l'intero foglio. Durante la scriitura e importante anche, sentire cio che la frase detta in termini di sensazione energetica nel tuo corpo.
